Passport (4.5 cm *3.5cm) ප්‍රමාණයේ ජායාරූපයක් ඇතුලත් කරන්න
පහත සදහන් ගිණුම් අංකයට විභාග ගාස්තුව රු 6,000.00 ක් ගෙවා රිසිට්පත ද ඇතුළත් කරන්න
